Shipping Questions
Q: “Where do you ship from?”
We have warehouses in the United States, Europe and Asia. The origin of your shipment depends on the specific product you order.
Q: “When will I get my order?”
Depending on the product you order, it will be dispatched from the most suitable location depending on availability. Our regular delivery time is 7-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays). On rare instances, slower deliveries can occur that are outside of our control. You can always reach out to us via email for missing/late orders at info@neathats.com
Q: “Why my order is stuck in transit?”
Before being delivered, your parcel needs to go through several processing centers. Depending on their backlog, some shipping partners will need a few days to process the order. This means you'll see the parcel "stuck" in the same location.
Q: “Can I track my order?”
Yes, we will forward you the tracking code once your order has been shipped out and registered in the system. It can take a couple of days before this information is updated.
Q: “Can I change my shipping address?”
You can change your shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped out.
Q: “My order was returned to the sender”
This usually occurs when you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address. When the shipment returns back to our warehouse, you will receive a full refund, minus the return costs and shipping costs.
Q: “Are there any duty fees?”
No there are no duty fees on any of our deliveries.
Returns and Refunds
Q: "Can I cancel my order?"
Yes! You can cancel you order within 24 hours after making the payment. Please email us using the email and order number you used to place the order and we will take care of it. However, if the order has been already processed then you need to wait until it gets delivered and then return it to us for a full refund.
Q: "My order arrived damaged"
Please contact us via email at info@neathats.com for any refunds or replacements.
Q: "Can I return my order?"
Sure you can. Please contact us at info@neathats.com - You can return any unused and undamaged product within 28 calendar days
Q: "Can I exchange my product?"
Yes! You can send the product back to us for a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked.
